What's new at The Waterlot?

The Waterlot has been renovated and reimagined in honor of its rich heritage while embracing the vibrant culture of today. With a refreshed design that blends timeless elegance and contemporary charm, the restaurant now caters to everyday celebrations, making it a welcoming space for both special occasions and casual gatherings. Guests can also enjoy exciting new features like table-side dining experiences and exclusive dishes showcasing unique products not available elsewhere in Bermuda.

Is The Waterlot still a steakhouse?

Yes it is.  The Waterlot offers an exciting blend of a classic and contemporary steakhouse menu, featuring the widest range of steaks on-island, including cuts dry-aged on-premise.  In addition to staple items such as Tuna Tartar and French Onion Soup, the renowned Waterlot Caesar Salad, prepared table-side, makes a popular return.

What is the dress code?

Whilst not enforcing a strict dress code, The Waterlot offers an elegant & refined dining experience, therefore we guide our guests to dress “Island Chic – for a touch of sophistication, add a jacket if you wish.”

Can I arrive by boat?

Yes, you can! Guests are welcome to arrive by boat and dock directly at The Waterlot’s private dock, adding a unique and scenic touch to your dining experience.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made online at TheWaterlot.BM or by calling (441) 238-6136. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.

Is there a parking facility? 

Yes, there is an adjoining car park, accessed off Rebecca Road.  Should it be full, guests are welcome to park along Fairmont Drive (the hotel drive off Middle Road, next to the bus stop). Use the crosswalk to safely return to the restaurant.

Does The Waterlot offer outdoor dining?

Not at this time, however, consideration is being given to introducing this in the future.

Absolutely. The Waterlot is the perfect venue for intimate anniversary dinners, larger celebrations, or exclusive private dining experiences.
